Will I mess up my wedding ring from doing daily chores?
I just got married and we have a little girl so I am constantly washing bottles, dishes, and cleaning the house. I wash my hands many many times a day and also submerge them in soapy water many times a day also. I don't want my ring to get ruined but I also don't want to lose it so I am hesitant to take it off. I am really bad with losing things. It is a 14 karat gold ring with a natural emerald and 6 little diamonds. Thanks. 
I only like to wear my rings when I leave the house now because I bent up the prongs in my engagement ring and almost lost a stone just from daily use. I wash my hands with it as long as I'm wearing it though just make sure you dry your finger and ring really well or you might get a rash. When it comes to doing dishes or using other chemicals, besides hand soap, you should put it away in a jewelry box or on one of those hand-things. It'll stay looking shiny longer too. Just make your daughter can't reach it. You want to show your ring off to everyone else and you know you love your hubby so just preserve it and wear it when you go out of the house or maybe have someone over.
