Is solid gold , just a wee bit adult formula good?
My dog has been eating solid gold just a wee bit . She is a chinese crested powderpuff , 7 pounds 2 years in about a week ( she is going to have a birthday party! 
. She gets sick every time she eats it . She either gets diarrhea with blood or yellow throwup . The vet gave us another food to give her for now , and we are taking her again , but have you heard anything about this brand of food? Has it every been recalled? Also she won't drink water..? What can i do so she won't get dehydrated? I thought she was better so i started giving her solid gold again , but then she threw up , so that was when i witched back to what the vet had her eating for now.. She was acting hyper and like she was better again , but now she is acting sick and mellow... Any info on the food and how to keep her from getting dehydrated and good dog foods for chinese crested powderpuffs with sensitive stomachs will help Thanks!
Solid Gold has NOT been recalled. It is a good food.. however, some dogs simply cannot handle it. It's very rich. I've heard of a lot of dogs not being about to handle Solid Gold. What is good for one dog is not always good for another.
I recommend a limited ingredient diet. Natural Balance makes wonderful food for dogs with sensitive stomachs. They also make dog food rolls... you could mix the wet with the dry.
