i pierced my belly button.?
2 hours ago and i want to know how long i have to wait to put an actual ring in it.(yeah that's right hoes, i did it with a safety pin.)
i got a sterling silver ring that's twice the size of the safety pin.
it's just a little red around the holes.
can somebody please tell me how to clean it && stuff.
and don't tell me im dumb for doing it myself, because i already know that.

Only reason I would say you're dumb for doing it yourself is that it's gunna be a b*tch putting that ring in a hole made by a safety pin...
Waiting any longer honestly is fairly pointless, just shove the ring through if you can (please make sure you sterilised it first...), and clean it with a salt water solution - mix a teaspoon of rock salt into a cup of boiling water, let it cool a little and use a cottonbud to clean the ring and all around it. Slide the ring round in the hole to make sure you clean the whole ring and inside the hole.
Clean it 3 times a day, don't wear anything that will rub, catch or put a lot of pressure on it, don't play with the jewellery when you're not cleaning it, don't change it for like, 6 weeks at least, and if it gets a bad infection get it checked out.
